- Movement certificates: A movement certificate indicates the country from which the goods originate and is used within specific trade agreements. An important example is the ATR certificate, which arises from the customs union between the EU and Turkey. The ATR certificate does not indicate where a product was manufactured, but describes the customs status under this agreement, allowing trade benefits to be applied.
